Directions

Gutology Toothpaste:
  • Brush twice daily as you would with regular toothpaste.
Gutology Liquid Biome+:
    1. Measure & Mix
      Combine 1.5ml of Liquid Biome+ with 10ml of water using the included cup.
    2. Swish
      Swish the mixture thoroughly around your mouth for 30 seconds.
    3. Release
      Spit out the mixture into the sink.
      Do not rinse with water afterwards — this allows the prebiotics and hydroxyapatite to keep working for longer-lasting benefits.
Floss:
  • Break off about 30 cm, wrap around your fingers, and gently glide between teeth near the gums.
Tongue Scraper:
  • Place on your tongue, gently scrape forward, wipe clean, and repeat. Wash and dry after use.

Is this product vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, this has been requested by many nutritionists that we work with. We've achieved this by using a vegetable sourced glycerine in our formulation. It is also 100% cruelty-free.
